infrared effect

I have manipulated the below image to have an infrared effect. by using a variety of tools in photoshop.

heal brush tool usage

The image above is a before the brush tool picture.

From this image i then used the heal brush tool and patch tool to cover over most of the spots and blemishes.

This photo is after i had made the adjustments, as you can see it is a little bit edgy near the nose but this is expected on my first attempt at using these tools.
